Hey there, I'm Caylea



I'm a photographer based in Fort Worth, TX that believes photos should tell the real story of your life - the joy, the laughter and the in-between moments that matter most. My heart behind photography is simple: I want you to look back at your images and remember not just what the moment looked like, but how it felt. Your story is precious and it is my honor to preserve it.

Because your story is personal, here’s mine. I stumbled into photography by accident. At the height of YouTube, I bought a camera to try making videos (and yes, my 13-year-old self is still immortalized online). But during a trip to Canada, I picked up that same camera to take photos instead — and surprisingly, they turned out pretty good. Back home, I convinced friends and family to let me practice, and somewhere along the way, I discovered how much I love photographing people and their stories.



Over the years I've taken on quite a few adventures: I graduated from Texas A&M University and spent five years in the Pacific Northwest before moving back to Texas. At home, you’ll usually find me gathering friends to try new recipes (or bake a pie just because), watching the latest Netflix documentaries, or dreaming up my next travel adventure. Most importantly, I love people — and I’m so grateful for every person who trusts me to capture their story.
